GTA Vice City 1.09 CLEO MOD for Android - 2020
After updating the “Limit Adjuster” tool to version 5.0, we were able to enable CLEO MOD, because the CLEO developer known as “Alexander Blade” has not updated the project in years, that is, he ended up becoming incompatible with the new versions of the game and new versions of Android.
Thanks to the “Limit Adjuster” tool developed by Fastman92 it is now possible to use CLEO in the latest versions, I used the tool and made the APK available below, remember that APK 1.09 is only compatible with Android 7.0 or higher, if your Android version is less than 7.0 you can download another compatible CLEO version which i will add in this website soon.
It is worth mentioning that the CLEO versions available here on my website do not require ROOT access on the device

Copy the “com.rockstargames.gtavc” folder to the “Android / Data” folder.
MOD CLEO Allows you to enjoy the game to the fullest, being able to enable any game code, choose any vehicle at any time, there are also third-party mods that can be downloaded from the internet on sites like GTAInside.com among others.
